I liked the idea of cardio drumming because it mixes music, movement, and exercise in a way that feels more like fun than a workout. During a student fitness event, my group used text hats with words like rhythm, energy, and focus printed on them. Mine said rhythm, which helped me remember to follow the beat. The activity showed me that exercise can feel easier when music and creativity are part of the experience.
Here is a sneak peek of another new Drum routine.
Unfortunately, I broke my drumstick. You will have to come Thursday to see the rest of this exhilarating, fun, drum choreography.
Easily modified to sitting and/or using a tub.
Come to all three Drumming classes in November, and receive a S.P.A.

I like how drumming brings people together and gives them a fun way to express themselves and reduce daily stress. Keeping a good balance also means staying on top of practical tasks around the home. I recently learned how CCTV and drone inspection can help professionals look at chimneys and roofs, including areas that are difficult to reach. It made me realize how useful modern tools can be when checking for possible problems. A little attention and regular maintenance can help make home care easier and safer.
